Job summary

Howden is a global insurance group with employee ownership at its heart, seeking a capable administrator to join the Client Service and Operations teams. You will perform broking and technical duties, with training provided, to ensure tasks align with company policies.

Experience is not essential; however, attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are valued. A hybrid working pattern and supportive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment is not essential, but preferred.
• Must have GCSEs including Maths and English; basic numeracy and literacy skills required.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-renewal tasks and maintain robust documentation
• Provide post-renewal service to finalise client placements and actions
• Handle ERN and Subjectivity chasers, Claims logs, and correspondence
• Assist with Mid Term adjustments and prepare claims reports
• Respond to internal and external clients and maintain ethical standards
