Ralph Lauren in London is seeking a proactive Luxury Retail Client Developer to join our store team. You will support the sales team, nurture VICs and top clients, and energize the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales.

You will advocate Brand standards, master store systems, and translate client feedback to merchandising teams. The role requires energy, premium environment experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in absence of manager(s) to ensure an extraordinary client experience to maximise sales and commercial opportunities in store and via out-reach.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs) Super VICs & top clients.
• Communicate, engage and energise the team to maximise performance using service metrics.
