Harrods Private Shopping invites a Restaurant Manager to lead hospitality within The Penthouse, shaping service standards and client experiences for our most valued Private Shopping clients. You will supervise lounge, suite and bar operations, partnering with the General Manager to evolve the offering with precision and care.

You will inspire a high-performing team, ensure seamless interactions, and build enduring relationships with an international clientele while maintaining top-tier standards

Qualifications

• Accomplished hospitality leader with a proven track record in luxury environments.
• Ability to anticipate needs, exceed expectations and create memorable experiences.
• Strong operational expertise including stock control, budgeting and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to shape service strategy and hospitality evolution.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team with pride and care.
• Own end-to-end client journey, ensuring warmth, discretion and attention to detail.
• Build relationships with an international client base, adapting to needs and expectations.
• Drive operational excellence through stock management, budget control and compliance.
• Collaborate with Front of House, Floor, Culinary and Beverage teams for seamless delivery.
• Develop scalable operating procedures to support growth while focusing on the client.
