Job summary

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking an experienced Events Operations Supervisor to join our Meetings & Events team. You will lead event service teams and coordinate delivery of meetings, conferences, private dining and special events across our ballroom and meeting spaces, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced luxury environment, a focus on guest experience, strong organisation, and the ability to adapt to last-minute

Qualifications

• Experience in meetings and events, banqueting or F&B operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a luxury environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong collaboration and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate event service teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate event setup, execution and breakdown.
• Build relationships with clients and guests to create memorable experiences.
• Oversee all aspects of event operations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with kitchen, sales and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage last-minute changes with professionalism.
• Support training and development of colleagues.
• Ensure safety, health and compliance standards are met.
• Act as ambassador of Nobu's values.
