Nobu Hospitality in London is seeking an experienced Events Floor Manager to lead our Meetings & Events service operation within Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. You will manage on-floor service teams, build strong client relationships and ensure flawless event delivery from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience managing events, banqueting or F&B operations within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on guest experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities, calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Meetings & Events operations during service.
• Manage, motivate and develop a team of supervisors and waiters.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, organisers, suppliers and vendors during events.
• Ensure all event requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Create memorable guest experiences and resolve issues professionally.
• Coach and develop colleagues through training and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Manage procurement via Procure Wizard and uphold health and safety standards.

About The Role

As Events Floor Manager, you'll work closely with the Meetings & Events Operations Manager to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly from start to finish.

You'll be responsible for leading service teams on the floor, building strong relationships with clients and event organisers, and creating memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations.

• Managing procurement requirements through Procure Wizard
• Maintaining the highest levels of health, safety and compliance standards
