Job summary

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking an experienced Events Operations Supervisor to lead event service teams and coordinate the successful delivery of meetings, conferences and special events in our luxury venue. You will be a visible on-floor leader, ensuring spaces are prepared to the highest standards and guests receive seamless, personalised service throughout their event journey.

This role requires passion for events, strong leadership and a drive to deliver unforgettable guest

Qualifications

• Experience in meetings and events, banqueting or food & beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate event service teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Coordinate event set-up, execution and breakdown to match plan.
• Build strong relationships with clients, event organisers and guests.
• Oversee all aspects of event operations for accurate and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with kitchen, sales and operations teams for seamless delivery.
• Manage last-minute changes with professionalism while maintaining standards.
• Support training, coaching and development of colleagues for a high-performing team.
• Conduct briefings and maintain clear communication across departments.
• Monitor service quality, presentation standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure health and safety and compliance standards are consistently met.
