Job summary

The Londoner in Leicester Square is seeking an Events and Groups Planning Executive to join our Sales team. You will support the Events Planning Team with administrative tasks for Group Arrivals & Stays and assist in converting Groups while delivering bespoke service.

You will promote hotel amenities, handling Group Resumes and ensuring payments are processed for pre-payments and online extranet transactions. The role requires prior experience and a passion for exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in the same or similar hospitality role.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with IT apps including EHL Apps, MS Office, Touchpoint, Delphi.
• Strong command of English and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Experience using Opera and PMS for data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support the Events Planning Team with administrative tasks for Group Arrivals & Stays.
• Assist the Sales team with converting Groups.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and promote hotel amenities.
• Prepare Group Resumes with accurate information and timely delivery.
• Process pre-payments and online extranet payments.
