Job summary

McQueen, the British luxury fashion house, is seeking a Senior Client Advisor on a 5-month fixed-term contract for our Selfridges store in London. You will be a passionate brand ambassador, delivering a memorable luxury shopping experience and supporting store management as needed.

You will greet clients, demonstrate product knowledge and build lasting relationships through CRM, cross-selling, and a client-centric approach while upholding the House Code of Behaviours and maintaining premium

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team.
Proven selling skills and ability to meet/exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM and digital retail tools.
Client-centric mindset and relationship-building focus.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting clients to exceed their needs, with strong product knowledge.
Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across product categories.
Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM to strengthen loyalty.
Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
Exceed individual KPI targets and contribute to store success.
Support management on daily floor operations and training initiatives.
Adhere to grooming standards and store policies; maintain shopfloor standards.
