Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior nursing role requiring advanced assessment and pathway management.
• Experience with LDCT pathways and cancer referrals advisable.
• Leadership across multidisciplinary teams and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead LDCT assessment pathway and triage for suspected cancer.
• Coordinate MDT discussions and referrals.
• Provide expert clinical advice to cancer referrals office.
• Educate patients and carers about investigations and care pathways.
• Promote service quality and safety through governance and audits.
• Represent the Trust at stakeholder meetings.
