Kirklees Council is inviting applications for a Lunchtime Supervisor role at a primary school in Batley. You will organise and coordinate the work of Lunchtime Supervisors and supervise pupils remaining on the school site during the midday break.
The role requires the ability to relate to children from diverse backgrounds, good verbal communication with pupils and staff, and prior experience in a school setting. An enhanced DBS check and safeguarding responsibilities are part of the duties.

Applications are invited for this job, the duties of which will be to organise and co-ordinate the work of the Lunchtime Supervisors and to be responsible to the Head Teacher for the pupils remaining on the school site during the midday break.
You will be required to supervise the pupils remaining on the school premises at lunchtime.
The ability to relate to children/young people from diverse ethnic/social backgrounds is essential for this job, as well as having good verbal communication skills in order to liaise with children/young people and other staff members.
Candidates must have previous experience working with children in a school environment.
