EE is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Loyalty & Reward Manager to define and execute the EE One Up loyalty programme and broader loyalty strategy. You will lead governance, partnerships and end-to-end delivery across EE's consumer base, driving engagement, retention and multi-product adoption.

• Proven experience leading customer loyalty programmes and driving retention and advocacy.
• Strong commercial leadership including partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership across multiple functions such as Commercial, Product, Marketing and Digital.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own EE's long-term loyalty and rewards strategy.
• Lead design and evolution of the EE One Up proposition and related initiatives.
• Develop the loyalty roadmap aligning with growth, retention and brand differentiation.
• Measure programme performance and ROI with clear dashboards.
• Build and manage a partner ecosystem to enhance value and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery of rewards and campaigns with governance.
