Job summary

EE is seeking an experienced Competitions & Hospitality Manager to lead the development, delivery and optimisation of its customer competitions, hospitality experiences and experiential rewards portfolio. You’ll own the end-to-end execution of prize draws, VIP experiences and customer activations.

Collaborating with Partnerships, Brand, Legal and CRM, you will build a calendar of experiences that drive engagement with EE's loyalty propositions, monitor outcomes and ensure compliant, value-driven

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering customer competitions, rewards, hospitality programmes or experiential customer engagement initiatives.
• Strong programme and project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives through internal and external partners.
• Experience working within customer-focused consumer businesses, ideally loyalty, rewards, telecommunications, retail, entertainment or hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver EE's competitions, hospitality and experiential rewards programme.
• Create engaging competitions, prize draws, VIP experiences and customer events that support customer engagement and loyalty objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and strengthen EE's rewards proposition.
