Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a highly commercial, data-driven Loyalty Senior Propositions Manager to own and optimise complex loyalty offerings for John Lewis and Waitrose. You will lead end-to-end development of new propositions and drive ongoing improvements in a fast-paced, cross-functional, agile environment from our London Pimlico Head Office in a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Loyalty proposition development experience
• Commercial mindset with ability to track benefits and value delivery
• Data-driven approach with collaboration across product, tech and analytics teams
• Experience working with agile methods within a transformation context
• Experience leading teams through change in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own a number of large, complex loyalty propositions and define their delivery plans in line with transformation timelines
• Own the roadmap for evolving these propositions in collaboration with Product Managers
• Deliver projects on time and within budget and in line with the programme plan
• Ensure alignment of loyalty propositions across John Lewis Partnership's loyalty portfolio
• Lead cross-functional programme teams across Commercial, Data, Insight, Technology, Loyalty and Communications
• Regularly report on proposition performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Oversee ongoing run of selected propositions with development plans for future delivery
• Identify data trends and customer insights to inform proposition development
• Support building capabilities for a growing customer loyalty database
• Bring in external loyalty market knowledge to inform the team
