The John Lewis Partnership seeks a data-driven Loyalty Senior Propositions Manager to own and evolve our loyalty offerings across John Lewis and Waitrose. You will lead end-to-end proposition development, work with cross-functional teams, and translate insights into growth.

Qualifications

Loyalty SME with significant experience in loyalty proposition development and points-based propositions.
Commercially focused with ability to track benefits and deliver value.
Data-driven with experience working with product management and matrix ways of working.
Experience collaborating with technology and agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for evolving loyalty propositions in the scheme portfolio.
Lead cross-functional teams to align on delivery milestones and budgets.
Deliver projects on time and within the programme plan.
Ensure alignment of propositions across JLP loyalty portfolio.
Lead dotted-line programme teams with Commercial, Data, Insight, Technology, Loyalty and Comms.
Report on proposition success and identify optimization opportunities.
