Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior Logistics, Inventory & Flow Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control and end-to-end logistics within a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will own the function, lead and develop your team, and drive Lean and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong Lean principles and continuous improvement background.
• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and root cause analysis.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, goods-in, stores, inventory and logistics operations.
• Develop and coach team leaders and operational teams.
• Maintain stock accuracy, traceability, and controls.
• Plan shipments, manage carrier relationships and costs.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and flow.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards.
