Job summary

ReeVR in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager for our Harlow, Essex site to oversee customer service, production planning, ERP coordination and artwork, ensuring orders move from initial order through to final despatch.

You will lead teams across Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP and Artwork, manage production schedules, monitor on-time delivery and drive lean improvements in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations, project management or production planning.
• A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP systems and order management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple functions.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams across Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP and Artwork.
• Manage customer projects from order receipt through to shipment.
• Oversee production schedules, manufacturing orders, job specifications and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating, Production and Despatch teams.
• Monitor performance to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and process optimisation.
• Resolve issues, manage competing priorities and maintain excellent customer service.
