Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Camberley to manage inbound and outbound warehouse flows, coordinate with warehouses, carriers and customer teams, and improve efficiency. You will maintain detailed logistics data, support audits, and drive process improvements across distribution networks.

The role requires supply chain understanding, experience in fast-paced environments, and proficiency with Excel; SAP experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum: A level or equivalent.
• Experience in supply chain within FMCG or Medical environments.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and vendors.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relations with warehouses, carriers, customs brokers and customer services teams.
• Assess and resolve issues related to warehousing, distribution and logistics systems.
• Maintain detailed logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports.
• Provide comprehensive logistical support for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Help improve logistics processes by negotiating with suppliers and creating solutions.
