Job summary

HeliosX in Leamington Spa is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will oversee final mile activities across HeliosX brands, coordinate courier collections, forecast demand, and ensure timely deliveries while supporting reporting and issue resolution.

This hands-on role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to optimise logistics performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and documentation of inbound/outbound shipments, inventory, returns, and logistics performance.
• Return management with couriers, including refunds and credits.
• Identify inefficiencies in returns and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners to resolve issues.
• Plan collections and communicate with hubs.
• Monitor delivery performance and report to Supply Chain leadership.
• Work with product team on courier management system solutions and dashboards.
