Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Healthcare Logistics Coordinator to help ensure efficient operation and delivery of care to communities served by Boots Healthcare Logistics. You will supervise drivers, coordinate daily tasks, and act as a key contact for customer service issues, with some cross-regional travel to satellite locations and stores.

You will report to the Healthcare Logistics Manager, manage schedules, ensure compliance with procedures, and be an ambassador for Boots Healthcare Logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's driving experience and willingness to travel.
• Plot the best driving routes to reach targets.
• Comfortable working with computers and new technology.
• Build relationships with managers, team members and external partners.
• Calm under pressure and able to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Healthcare Logistics Drivers and support managers.
• Organise team schedules and approve annual leave.
• Travel to satellite locations and stores as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety procedures.
