Job summary

Dynatrace's LMS Administration team seeks an experienced LMS Administrator proficient in Docebo to manage events, content, and catalog coherence. You will own end-to-end event lifecycles, maintain platform standards, and ensure accurate learner data across programs.

Your role includes configuring automations, generating insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep the learning catalog healthy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience.
• Deep Docebo experience or quick ramp on Docebo.
• Solid understanding of LMS architecture and catalog management.
• Experience building and running LMS reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and quality-check all learning events in Docebo.
• Build event records end-to-end including metadata and enrollment rules.
• Configure learning paths, curricula, and catalog organization.
• Set up and QA event automations and communications.
• Manage user records, troubleshoot access, and ensure accurate learner data.
• Create standard reports on attendance, completion, and enrollment trends.
• Maintain DTU assets and coordinate sandbox provisioning with Engineering.
• Audit records, permissions, and configurations for platform health.
