Job summary

Thrive Learning Limited is seeking a Platform Admin Specialist to join our team. You will provide hands-on administration and expert guidance to ensure customers maximise engagement using the Thrive Platform and its configurations.

You will manage content requests, deliver builds within SLAs, validate briefs, ensure quality, coordinate with agencies, monitor performance, and optimise the customer experience through platform expertise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LMS/LXP administration experience; direct Thrive Platform usage in a previous role.
• Proven ability to manage service levels and multiple projects in a ticket-driven environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; identifies asset and quality issues.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with third-party creative agencies and content suppliers.
• Strong technical aptitude; able to explain complex details to diverse audiences.
• Confident communicator; able to lead discussions with L&D and marketing.
• Customer-focused mindset delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage content requests from intake to publication, configuring features to specs.
• Deliver builds within defined service levels and flag delays or risks.
• Validate intake against briefs to identify gaps before building.
• Enforce quality standards via style guides and QA sign-off.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and agencies to maintain momentum.
• Monitor post-launch performance and share actionable insights.
• Provide expert guidance on platform configuration and usability.
• Cultivate account relationships to align builds with customer goals.
• Serve as product expert; stay ahead of platform updates and best practices.
