Barchester Care Home is seeking an Activities Lead to design engaging programmes that boost wellbeing and social engagement for residents. You’ll coordinate with our community engagement team, update social media, and tailor activities to individual interests.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities planning is preferred but training provided.
• Warm, empathetic and personable with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to engage residents and families in activities.
