You will mentor staff on resident engagement and ensure every day supports residents’ dignity, individuality and self-esteem through meaningful interactions.

Qualifications

• Positive, forward-thinking attitude and ability to inspire and lead others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create and run engaging activities tailored to each resident.
• Mentor and train staff on how to engage with residents.
• Uphold residents' dignity and self-esteem through meaningful interactions and relationships.
