The role focuses on hospitality, attention to detail, and delivering high standards of resident experience, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating events and activities for residents.
• Experience leading a small team and managing budgets.
• Industry standard hospitality and care-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver in-house events and activities for residents.
• Lead and support a team of Events Assistants.
• Collaborate with home staff and external suppliers to ensure quality.
• Develop programmes reflecting residents' interests and calendar year.
• Manage budgets and evaluate event outcomes for care plans.
