Job summary

OSJCT Group in Melksham is seeking an Events Co-ordinator to help launch Melksham Gardens, a brand-new 80-bed care home opening in 2027. You will design and run engaging monthly events for residents, families and staff.

Reporting to the Events Manager, you’ll coordinate with suppliers and teams to deliver first-class experiences, while developing a vibrant programme that reflects residents’ interests and enhances wellbeing in a community-rich setting.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering events in care or community settings.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with residents and staff respectfully.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging activities.

• Plan and deliver a monthly programme of events.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
