Orders of St. John Care Trust is opening Melksham Gardens, a brand-new 80-bed care home in Melksham, Wiltshire. We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Co-ordinator to design and deliver a calendar of in-house events, coordinating with suppliers and staff to ensure memorable experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in planning and delivering activities and events that enrich people’s lives.
• Able to create engaging programmes reflecting residents’ interests and needs.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organise and deliver a varied programme of in-house events and activities.
• Coordinate arrangements with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Engage with the local community and promote Melksham Gardens as a welcoming place to live, work and visit.
