Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college credits preferred.
• Aptitude for arts and crafts preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of liability insurance required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, development, coordination, and implementation of activities for patients and residents.
• Assist with transporting, setting up for activities, and sourcing materials as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one activity therapy to offer sensory stimulation and group activities to support progress.
