CS UK Recruitment Ltd seeks an Activities Co-ordinator for a care home in Bolton, Greater Manchester. You will design and deliver individual and group activities, promoting wellbeing and social engagement for residents.

You will liaise with staff and families, manage activity resources, and help review programmes to meet changing needs. A QCF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care is required, with a passion for improving residents' lives.

Formación

• QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience in a care-related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan and deliver activities for residents.
• Promote wellbeing through engaging, inclusive activities.
• Support residents to use IT tools for staying connected.
• Coordinate with staff, relatives, volunteers and community groups.
• Keep accurate records of activities and outcomes.
