Exemplar Health Care in Oldham is seeking an Activities Coordinator to organise creative and fun activities for residents at Walton Grove. You will plan personalised activities and support participation in hobbies and community initiatives, within a supportive team.

Your role focuses on promoting choice, dignity and independence, while celebrating events and ensuring residents receive engaging, person-centred activities every day.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full clean manual driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Organise individual activity plans based on people’s goals and interests.
• Foster community spirit through group activities.
• Support people to maintain or take up hobbies, interests and educational opportunities.
• Assist people to become more involved in their local community.
• Celebrate national awareness days, holidays and individual/collective achievements.
