Job summary

Making Space Charity is seeking a Part Time Activities Co-ordinator to join Ashwood Court Residential in Lowton, Warrington. This 18‑hour weekly role offers a salary of £13.12 per hour.

You will plan and organise activities to support the wellbeing of adults in our care, encourage participation in individual and group events, and review activities to meet changing needs. NVQ Level II in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards) is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level II in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this.
• Experience in care or voluntary work is a plus.
• Ability to plan and run activities for adults.

Part Time Activities Co-ordinator

We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Activities Co-ordinator to join the team at Ashwood Court Residential based in Lowton, Warrington, WA3 2RB.

Salary £13.12 per hour

Hours 18 weekly

As an Activities Coordinator, your role involves planning and organising a variety of activities to support the well-being of adults in our care. You will encourage and support residents to participate in individual and group events and regularly review and adapt activities to meet their changing needs.

Additionally, you will coordinate logistics, manage resources, and ensure activities run smoothly and safely. The role may include lone working and 1-1 support in the community.

Candidates must have an NVQ Level II (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this.
