Balhousie Care Group in Scotland is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator to coordinate and deliver the home’s leisure and wellness programme, creating person-centred activities that boost wellbeing for residents.

You will spend time with residents to tailor activities, demonstrate leadership, and work within a supportive team. Weekend availability is advantageous, and successful candidates will undergo PVG checks and have right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support planning, creation and delivery of the home’s leisure and wellness programme.
• Lead efforts to ensure a programme of individual activities is available to enhance residents' lives.
• Spend time getting to know residents and tailor activities to deliver person-centred care.
• Demonstrate leadership and clear communication in a care home environment.
