Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Project Manager for on-site work in Haverhill to lead the planning, delivery, and financial control of live experiential projects. The role emphasizes strong client outcomes, team collaboration, and adherence to the TAIT Project Process.

Travel up to 30% may be required. The successful candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while driving cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for immersive

Qualifications

• Degree: Engineering, Technical Theatre or Live Event related field.
• Experience in Entertainment or Construction industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Familiarity with Slack and Box.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in planning and delivery, grounded in the TAIT Project Process.
• Lead or coach development of project budgets, budget monitoring, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead or coach project team check-ins and evaluate scope, schedule, and budget progress.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, Technical Leads, and Functional leaders to resolve challenges.
