Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES seeks an experienced Lighting Project Manager to lead architectural lighting projects from tender preparation through execution and final handover. You will prepare proposals, monitor budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services, with 5+ years of lighting project management experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing architectural lighting projects or related lighting systems.
• Singaporean only apply; WSH or construction management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage lighting projects from tender preparation through execution and final handover.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, project schedules and tender documents.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, resources and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Oversee site installation, testing, commissioning, quality and safety compliance.
• Review technical drawings and resolve project, site and coordination issues.
• Manage variations, progress claims, costs and project documentation.
• Liaise with overseas teams to support technical coordination and project delivery.
