Job summary

The Talent People represents our client, a well-established M&E engineering specialist, for a Site-based Electrical Engineer role in Singapore. You will supervise sub-contractors, ensure compliance with electrical design specifications and liaise with authorities and clients.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing project progress to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Good knowledge of M&E specifications and requirements.
• Calculation, BIM, Revit, AutoCAD would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Candidates with advanced relevant experience will be considered for Senior position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise sub-contractor work and ensure compliance with shop drawings, method statements, materials and samples.
• Liaise with authorities, sub-contractors, main contractor and clients to address issues and progress.
• Review and align electrical design drawings for compliance with specifications and guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions.
• Manage and execute project per deadline and attend meetings with subcontractors, contractors and clients.
