Creative Technology is seeking a Project Engineer in the Lighting department to provide technical and equipment expertise to Projects and Account Managers, assigning equipment and systems to deliver projects to high standards.

The role involves managing multiple projects, some on site, with emphasis on documentation, training, and on-going technical development to ensure robust delivery and strategic solutions for clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with teams.

Mansioni

• Keep abreast of new equipment, solutions and innovations and test with managers.
• Lead project prep to ensure all systems and equipment meet high standards.
• Provide ad-hoc training for engineers and technicians on equipment and systems.
• Support Rental Team with alternative equipment or suppliers when stock is unavailable.
• Coordinate opportunities for others to support on site to gain hands-on experience.
• Mentor colleagues and share technical knowledge across the team.
• Provide feedback on technical delivery including equipment, staff, freelancers and processes.
• Consider the capabilities of equipment, services and staff to guide future uses.
• Occasionally cover Engineer in Charge role and lead by example.
• Keep the working area neat and tidy to maintain department efficiency.
