UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking a Lighting Design Lead to manage end-to-end lighting design for architectural and outdoor projects. You will develop concepts, renderings, photometric analyses and detailed specifications for construction and handover.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Lighting Design or related field with 10+ years of experience, BIM proficiency, and strong English communication. Singaporean applicants only; position located in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10 years of lighting design experience; outdoor, landscape or DBOM experience is an advantage.
• Experienced in developing coordinated lighting construction and as-built drawings via BIM.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, DIALux, Photoshop and SketchUp.
• Familiar with relevant Singapore lighting standards and electrical regulations.
• Strong design sensibility, technical knowledge and coordination skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Good written and spoken English for liaison with clients and project stakeholders.
• Singaporean only need apply.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end lighting design for architectural and outdoor projects, from concept development to site commissioning and handover.
• Prepare lighting concepts, renderings, photometric simulations, technical drawings, luminaire schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and contractors to ensure design quality, technical compliance and project requirements.
• Support tenders, cost estimation and value engineering to balance design objectives and budgets.
• Review as-built drawings, maintain design standards and technical databases, and guide junior designers where required.
