My Money Matters is seeking a marketer to own the CRM and lifecycle marketing from sign-up to long-term engagement. You’ll plan, build, send and optimise the communications that drive activation, cross-sell and retention.

You’ll design and run the member journey end-to-end: onboarding, activation, cross-sell, retention and reactivation, building segments, testing campaigns, and using data to decide what to say, to whom and when.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on with at least one major CRM (We're moving to HubSpot from Emarsys)
• 2+ years writing crisp, persuasive consumer copy
• Data segmentation, A/B testing and reporting
• Startup environment with tight deadlines and to-do mentality
