Job summary

University of Bath is seeking a Senior Library Assistant (Bibliographic Services) to join our busy Bibliographic Services team. You will assist with obtaining and managing electronic and physical books, support reprographics queries, and contribute to Reading List services for staff and students.

You will help build the library’s print and ebook collections and support subscriptions, with development opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in library work or similar environment.
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage both electronic and print resources.

Responsibilities

• Search, order and manage library resources for Reading Lists and Copy/Print services.
• Support users and researchers with reprographics queries.
• Digitise print resources and assist with data collection for purchasing decisions.
• Assist in acquisition of reading list materials using Leganto.
