Responsibilities

• Proactively manage an allocated caseload.
• Ensure all Client requests and queries are dealt with promptly.
• Gather all relevant claims information & documentation.
• Provide claims advice to clients managing expectations.
• Action all new claims & report to the relevant insurers.
