Job summary

Prime Collection is a boutique residential lettings agency in Fitzrovia seeking a capable professional to run the lettings operation, combining administration, property management and office duties.

The role covers 20 properties, landlord/tenant liaison, inspections, compliance, and tenancy administration. Based in central London, you will support the directors and pursue Propertymark qualifications in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in residential lettings and/or property management in London.
• Thorough knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (deposits, Right to Rent, safety certification, AML, Renters' Rights Act reforms).
• Rigorous attention to detail; landlord statements, tenancy agreements and compliance records must be right first time.
• Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors; able to manage multiple live issues calmly.

Responsibilities

• Property management: manage ~20 properties, main contact for landlords/tenants, inspections, reports, compliance calendar, move-outs, deposits and disputes.
• Lettings administration: pre-tenancy process, references, Right to Rent checks, AML/KYC, tenancy agreements, deposit registration, renewals and notices.
• Office management: keep the office running smoothly, manage suppliers and systems, support directors on operational/compliance matters.
