Job summary

Prime Collection in London’s Marylebone is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and the ongoing trust for landlords. Qualifications

• Background in lettings (or estate agency sales with lettings interest) and proven ability to manage client relationships and close negotiations.
• Methodical, detail-oriented approach; lettings compliance and admin matters require diligence.
• Excellent communication skills, warm yet professional and fair to landlords and tenants.
• Knowledge of the London lettings market, particularly Central London and Marylebone, or willingness to develop quickly.
• Integrity and commitment to protecting landlord and tenant interests.

What’s the role?

As our Lettings Negotiator, you’re the first point of contact for prospective tenants and the ongoing point of trust for our landlords. You’ll handle viewings, tenant qualification, negotiation of terms, and the complex admin that follows all with the precision and care that protects both landlord and tenant.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting professional property viewings; you’re screening tenants carefully and setting clear expectations from day one
• Managing applications, references, and the referencing process with rigour and efficiency
• Negotiating tenancy terms and rental rates with confidence and market knowledge
• Building strong relationships with landlords—understanding their needs and concerns, keeping them informed, delivering results
• Handling the full lettings cycle: marketing, viewings, offers, paperwork, compliance, and the hand-over to our property management team
• Supporting tenants through the application and move-in process with clarity and professionalism
• Working closely with our sales team and wider network to deliver a complete service to clients
