Job summary

LSL Property Services plc in Lincoln is recruiting a Trainee Negotiator for our Your Move estate agency branch as part of National Home Move. The role involves assisting with registrations, property matches, and viewings within a busy office environment.

You will help negotiate offers, cross-sell services, and maintain high standards of customer service. Full training is provided; OTE around £25,000 with a five-day week including Saturdays on rota.

Qualifications

• Industry experience ideal, however full training is given.
• Suitable transferrable skills in customer service and sales.

• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)

Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Lincoln, as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Negotiator to join our estate agency branch.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Residential Sales properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience

Industry experience is ideal, however as full training is given we will consider suitable transferrable skills in customer service and sales.

In return we offer

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 per annum
• first few months guaranteed commission pay.

Requirements

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
