Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator in Upminster to join a dynamic residential lettings team. You will carry out rental valuations, secure landlord instructions, and build strong landlord and tenant relationships.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in lettings, a proven results track record, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. A full UK driving licence is essential. An uncapped commission structure is offered with a competitive basic salary and OTE £30,000.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out rental valuations and securing new instructions from landlords.

• Negotiating tenancy agreements and terms between landlords and tenants.
• Generating new business opportunities and contributing towards branch targets.
• Managing enquiries efficiently and ensuring a seamless customer journey throughout the lettings process.
• Acting as a senior member of the team, providing support and guidance to colleagues where required.

The Role

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
