Job summary

AMR Group - East London and Essex is recruiting a Senior Lettings Negotiator for their Brentwood office in Essex. If you are energetic and driven, this is an exciting opportunity with high commission earnings and a guarantee for the first 3 months.

You will handle enquiries, match tenants to properties, organise viewings, negotiate tenancy terms, maintain landlord relationships, and contribute to market appraisals. A full UK driving licence and own car are required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Deal with all Letting enquiries by telephone, email and face to face
• Matching tenants to the right properties and providing relevant information
• Organising and carry out property viewings
• Liaising with tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals where applicable
• Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering exceptional customer service
• Carrying out market appraisals for future Lets and converting to listings
• Promote properties by social media and advertising platforms
• Keep up to date with current legislation
• Any ad-hoc duties that may arise

Senior Lettings Negotiator Skills needed:
