Job summary

Express Recruitment are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the Lincoln office. You will manage the lettings process from enquiry to tenancy, build landlord and applicant relationships, and negotiate offers to maximise commissions while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time, permanent role offers a base salary of £28,000 with an uncapped commission structure, in a fast-growing property business based in Lincoln.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Negotiate offers and secure tenancies while delivering excellent customer service.
• Work towards sales/lettings targets and contribute to branch growth.
• Advertise available properties and support marketing campaigns.
• Ensure lettings meet compliance standards and quality service.

Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a highly ambitious and fast-growing property business in their search for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their Lincoln office.

This role is ideal for an experienced property professional with lettings or estate agency experience, who is confident building relationships, negotiating offers and managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while working towards targets and contributing to the continued growth of the branch.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive basic salary of £28,000, alongside an attractive uncapped commission structure.

Skills & Experience

• Experience within the property, lettings or estate agency sector
• Good customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate offers
• Experience working towards sales or lettings targets, with the drive to maximise commission opportunities
• Confident, organised and proactive, with a full UK driving licence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to securing successful tenancies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and proactively work with applicant databases
• Advertise available properties and support marketing campaigns to generate new business
• Ensure all lettings meet required compliance standards while delivering a high level of customer service
