We are currently looking for an extremely motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client and their multi-award-winning team in Southport, Merseyside. Our clients are highly successful and rapidly expanding, offering an opportunity for excellent earning potential and career progression.

Working hours:

Full-time

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• Basic salary of up to £25,000
• An OTE of up to £30,000

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Strong customer service skills
• A full UK manual driving licence
• Confidence and great negotiation skills

Role responsibilities:

• Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate tenancy terms and renewals
• Building rapport with tenants and landlords
• Matching tenants to properties and providing property information
• Booking and conducting viewings
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities
• Handling offers and negotiations
• Answering calls and queries
• Valuing and listing properties when required
