Job summary

Summit Select in Harrogate is seeking a organised Lettings & Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio. You’ll manage the full lettings process from market appraisals and tenancy set-up through to property management, maintenance, inspections, compliance and landlord/tenant communication.

This hands-on role rewards proactive relationship-building, problem-solving and delivering excellent service, with a salary of £27,000–£30,000 plus bonus and commission and genuine

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or residential property management is required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Well-organised with attention to detail and initiative.
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
• Experience managing maintenance, contractors and inspections.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a residential lettings portfolio and manage the full lettings process from market appraisals and tenancy set-up to property management and compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and contractor liaison to ensure property standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to deliver high levels of service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to support growth.

We’re looking for an organised, personable Lettings & Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio. You’ll manage the full lettings process -from market appraisals and tenancy set-up through to property management, maintenance, inspections, compliance and landlord/tenant communication.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service.

You’ll need:

• Lettings or residential property-management experience
