Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Experience in property valuations is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and sales abilities.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Senior Lettings Negotiator Duties: As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be the key contact for tenants and landlords, managing viewings, conducting valuations, and marketing properties effectively. You'll build strong relationships, handle negotiations to secure the best terms, and ensure smooth tenancy processes from start to finish. Your role will be vital in helping clients find their perfect home or achieve excellent returns on their investments, all while representing our brand with pride and professionalism.
