Gcb is seeking a Lettings Manager in Stockport to oversee the lettings and property management operations across a growing portfolio. The role requires senior-level experience, a solid understanding of compliance, and the ability to lead a team in a well-established agency.

You will manage day-to-day processes, ensure certifications are up to date, and drive service standards for landlords and tenants in Greater Manchester.

Formación

• Senior lettings experience with strong property management knowledge.
• Solid understanding of lettings compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own car.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day property management and lettings operations.
• List properties on the market and support the lettings process.
• Arrange property inspections and ensure gas safety checks and other certifications are completed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant lettings legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and oversee the team, supporting performance and maintaining service standards.
