Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Senior Lettings Manager for an established estate agency in Herne Bay, Kent. The role involves leading a lettings team, driving profitability and managing branch performance to deliver strong results.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, listing properties, generating new business, and building lasting landlord and tenant relationships while maintaining high service levels and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager is essential.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong business development skills and a track record of driving profitability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and target-driven attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
